In coordination with African American, Latinx, Asian, Native American (ALANA), aspiring educators can meet with current BPS teachers and staff to learn more about working in BPS. ALANA members meet monthly via Zoom to:

• Celebrate our diversity

• Network with peers, share expertise and experiences

• Learn from peers to plan your career advancement

• Support new ALANA members in navigating systems

• Engage in intellectual discourse
