The BPS Recruitment Team is out in the community, register below for some of our upcoming events.
ALL VIRTUAL EVENTS ARE HELD From 5:30 to 7pm EST
We have info sessions, office hours, external career fairs, higher ed fairs, 1:1 cultivation support, networking, retention, and wellness events. Our “home grown” recruitment events include our Demo Days, Diversity Fairs, Ethnic Fairs, and Subject Matter Expertise Fairs such as STEM, Special Education, Vocational Related Services.
SY25-26 Priority Pools
The Early Hiring District-Wide priority pools are a general application for teachers and paraprofessionals, this year pools run October 14th, 2024 and through February 14th, 2025.
By submitting your application to the district-wide you increase the visibility of your application, be screened by a Recruitment Fellow and gain support from the BPS Recruitment Team. Our team reviews your application holistically and refer you to dozens of hiring managers based on your credentials, experience and qualifications.

Recruitment info sessions
Recruitment info sessions are open meetings scheduled by an organization. Our stakeholders can select what topics they would like us to discuss for their communities an our team will host virtually or in a space on agreed between parties in an informal settings.
