Medha Sthalaker
RCD Programs Coordinator
Medha Gayatri Sthalekar, born in Framingham and raised in Holliston, MA, is the daughter of Konkani-Indian immigrants. A 2016 graduate of Holliston High School, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with minors in Biology and Spanish in 2021, followed by a Master’s in Public Health in 2022, both from Northeastern University.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Medha has served as a Physical Therapist Aide at the Perkins School for the Blind and a Newborn Hearing Specialist at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. After graduation, she worked as a Behavioral Technician at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders.
Medha began her professional career as a George B. Cox Urban Education Equity Fellow in the Bilingual Educators/Accelerated Community to Teachers Program at Boston Public Schools. She is now the RCD Programs Coordinator, where she plans and oversees the activities of the Recruitment, Retention, MTEL Prep, and Teacher Pipeline Programs.
